Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Inno Pro Company Limited collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is operated by Inno Pro Company Limited (“Inno Pro”, “we”, “us”). We are a specialist hi-fi company that demonstrates and supplies audio equipment, including through private listening-room auditions. You can contact us at info@innoproaudio.com.
Information we collect
When you request an audition we collect what you type into the form:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- your preferred date and time, the number of guests, and the kind of equipment you would like to hear
- a record or track you plan to bring, and any notes you add
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to run and secure the site. We do not take payments or ask you to create an account on this website.
Cookies and fonts
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website. The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
How we use your information
- to arrange, confirm and prepare your audition, and to reply to you
- to keep a record of appointments and what you asked to hear
- to keep the website secure and working
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We will only send you marketing if you ask for it.
Legal basis
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: taking steps at your request (arranging your audition), our legitimate interests in running a safe and effective business, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, email and scheduling, and only so far as they need it to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. Some providers may process data outside your country; where they do, we expect them to protect it to an appropriate standard.
How long we keep it
We keep audition requests only for as long as we need them to arrange and follow up your visit and to meet legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it
- withdraw consent you have given
- complain to your local data protection authority
To make a request, email us at info@innoproaudio.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before we act.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
